PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as a number of light sources is required for uniform illumination over a lens surface, resulting in higher cost and power consumption, and a gap likely to be generated in a seal allowing rainwater or the like to enter therethrough, in a conventional configuration of a pushbutton switch for vending machines employing a plurality of LED lamps or other light sources. SOLUTION: A pushbutton switch 1 for vending machines is provided with a light-emitting unit 5 comprising a light source 2, a first reflecting portion 3 with a parabolic reflecting surface defined as having a focus on the light source 2 and a central axis in a direction intersecting an illumination axis of the pushbutton switch for the vending machine, and a second reflecting portion 4 located in a reflecting direction of the first reflecting portion 3 to reflect light from the first reflecting portion 3 in a direction parallel to the illumination axis. The light from the light source is first extended by the first reflecting portion in the horizontal direction to the optical axis and is then directed in the illumination direction by the second reflecting portion. Thus, the light-emitting unit can have a freely determined emission area and the appropriate number of light sources, and the switch can be made thin with a wider emission area and configured to hardly cause a gap in the seal.
