PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface device that enables a user to easily visualize how work done by an application operating on a computer has been requested and taken place. SOLUTION: When information on an external application is selected by means of an input device 2, the information selected is obtained. The information obtained is referenced to determine which of the tables stored in a folder table 4 contains the information. Based on the table requirements referenced, a folder is created in a predetermined path. Then the information on the external application is created in a predetermined format to obtain a screen snapshot on the external application.
