PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of preventing bad influence caused by steam broken into a sealed space. SOLUTION: The camera comprises a CCD 11 to be housed in the sealed space 10, and a Peltier element 13 for cooling the CCD 11, wherein a water absorption component 12 for absorbing a waterdrop generated in an adjacent portion to be cooled by the Peltier element 13 of the CCD 11 is disposed in the sealed space 10.
