PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide long service life of a rolling bearing even under a condition in which thickness of oil film is extremely thin under low viscosity and diluted lubrication. SOLUTION: Numerous recessed parts having a minute recessed shape are provided at random on a surface of at least a rolling body of the rolling bearing.
