PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection means capable of sufficiently absorbing and transmitting shock, preventing abrupt operation (projection) at the beginning of rotation, and preventing the fatigue rupture of a connection part by integrally connecting the output shaft of a swing actuator to the rotating shaft of a swing damper without clearance by solving problems in a conventional actuator wherein a connection part between the output of the swing actuator and the rotating shaft of the swing damper cannot securely absorb impact in operating a cushion due to rattling and also the output shaft and the rotating shaft may be reduced in service life. SOLUTION: The end part of the rotating shaft of the swing actuator is formed in a round shaft shape, and a key is fixed to the outer peripheral part thereof. The rotating shaft of the swing damper having a round hole to be loose-fitted formed in the side face thereof is connected to the end part by key connection and fixed in the rotating direction.
