PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow valve enabling the change of a supplied flow rate and reduced in size. SOLUTION: In this constant flow valve 1, a bottomed cylindrical part 13 extending along the axial direction of a casing 2 is formed in the casing 2 having a fluid inlet 7 and a fluid outlet 8. A plurality of through-holes 21 are formed in the peripheral side wall 18 of the cylindrical part 13.
