PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a torchon lace machine, enabling a thread traveling between a thread-winding bobbin and a beating part to be passed through a lightweight pipe to facilitate the knitting for obtaining a torchon lace cloth and to improve the knitting efficiency by reducing the occurrence of damage by entwinement or the like, and having the pipe having increased strength at both terminals thereof to prevent both the terminals from being damaged. SOLUTION: The attachment for the torchon lace machine is used in the torchon lace machine for weaving the torchon lace having a required pattern by running the thread-winding bobbin attached to the spindle while regulating the rotation of each of rotor metals arranged in a circle shape, moving the thread taken out from the bobbin in the oblique upper direction, collecting the thread at the beating part formed at the center of the circular shape, and inserting and separating a knife between the threads. The attachment for the torchon lace machine passes the thread traveling between the thread-winding bobbin attached to the spindle and the beating part through the lightweight pipe so as to form a freely inserted state, and chips made of a material having high strength are formed at both terminals of the lightweight pipe.
