PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion clip capable of enhancing the fitting workability by fitting the cushion clip 1 in one operation in a fitting hole 5, and adjusting the supporting height of the cushion clip 1. SOLUTION: The cushion clip 1 comprises an insertion part 10 having a locking means 17 which is inserted in the fitting hole 5 and fitted to a fitted member 7 such as a vehicle body, and a cushion part 20 abutted on an opening/closing lid such as an engine hood. The locking means 17 of the insertion part 10 is expanded and locked to the fitted member 7 in a fitting condition while being contracted and deformed when the insertion part 10 is inserted in the fitting hole 5. The cushion part 20 and the insertion part 10 are coupled with each other by coupling means 12, 22 which are relatively movable in the inserting direction, and the supporting height at which the opening/closing lid such as the engine hood is elastically supported by the fitted member 7 such as the vehicle body is adjustable.
