PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter discharging structure of a crawler type traveling device capable of easily and surely discharging foreign matter such as mud, muddy water, water and earth and sand, etc. from a region between an idler guide and an idler yoke and/or a motor case. SOLUTION: In this device, a sliding surface of the idler guide 41ab for holding and supporting the idler yoke 42 connected to a rotary shaft 4s of an idler 4 is constituted to be inclined so that the idler 4 side may be lowered. Or, planar members (motor case lower rims 52Ab to 52Cb) for dividing lower sides of the motor cases 5A to 5C to store the motor for driving a sprocket 7 are constituted to be inclined so that sides isolated from the sprocket 7 may be lowered.
