PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winning device of a game machine allowing a player to contribute to the moving of a movable member of the winning device by letting the player control the falling of a game ball with his/her own skill and allowing it to influence on the winning probability of the game ball. SOLUTION: This winning device of the game machine is provided on a game board, and detects the winning by receiving the game ball falling the game area and guiding it to a winning detecting means. This winning device is further provided with a single or a plurality of game ball passing openings 512, 513 and 521 allowing game balls to pass, opening/closing members 54 equipped at least one for every game ball passing opening and opening/closing the game ball passing opening, a collision swinging member 53 capable of swinging from a stable position by receiving the collision of the game balls falling the outside of the winning device 5. This winning device is so constituted that the opening/closing member 54, interlocked with the swinging of the collision swinging member 53, closes the corresponding game ball passing opening 521.
