PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning pad which is excellent in cleaning property, operability and shape-stability during cleaning while being disposable in a washing toilet bowl or the like after cleaning, to provide a laminate of the cleaning pad, and to provide a cleaning utensil which is constituted by holding the cleaning pad or the laminate of the cleaning pad. SOLUTION: For this cleaning pad, a pad is constituted in such a manner that an intermediate layer including a water-soluble pulp is pinched between two layers constituted of a water-soluble non-woven fabric or a water-soluble pulp paper, and the cleaning pad includes a detergent composition.
