<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aquatic exercise apparatus that can be used even by a person who is not fit for exercise on land due to lower back pain, knee pain, obesity or the like, and induces a person to spontaneously do exercise to improve the muscular strength and balancing ability. <P>SOLUTION: The aquatic exercise apparatus comprises a structure 9 installed on the bottom of a water vessel 7 and capable of being vertically and/or horizontally moved so as to cause a person positioned and support on the upper portion to keep the person's posture. Thus, when the structure 9 installed on the bottom of the water tank 7 is vertically and/or horizontally moved, the person positioned and supported on the upper portion of the structure 9 in water is caused to unconsciously do exercise so as to keep the person's own posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
