<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driver grasp the status of progress of a moisture removing process of a vehicular fuel cell device. <P>SOLUTION: The status of progress of a moisture removing process when stopping the vehicular fuel cell device is specified by a progress specifying device, and the specified status of progress is outputted to an output device like a display.
