<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image observation system capable of directly observing an operation part or the like for instance and easily withdrawing the image display part in the case of not using the image display part. <P>SOLUTION: The image observation system 10 comprises: a pedestal 12 for stipulating the position of an operator; the image display part 36 for displaying an observed image; a support rod 42 for holding the image display part 36 at an appropriate position inside a space; and a holding part 38 for detachably holding the support rod 42 to the pedestal 12 and positioning the holding position of the support rod on a track plotted by the base end part of the support rod 42 centering the position of displaying the observed image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
