<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler enhanced in freedom in installation which is installed even if either the rear side or the top side of a computer is obstructed when installing and changeable in a direction of exhausted air depending on locations of obstructs after the installation. <P>SOLUTION: The cooler has a fan 11 and rails 31 and 32 movably supporting the fan 11 so that directions of exhausting and sucking the air can be varied inside a case.
