<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create system operation procedures for changing change portions in a system indicated by an operator by most proper procedures. <P>SOLUTION: This is a method of automatically creating on a computer the procedures of closing or opening of devices making up of an electric power system for changing a part of the power system to a charging state or a no-voltage state. Two screens are prepared for displaying a current system screen for obtaining current connection data of actually operating devices, and displaying the data in a flow chart and a specifying system one copied from the current system as a system for creating the system control procedures. Specifying on the specifying system screen a device whose connection state is made to change makes simulated performances repeated by a specified rule comparing the current system with the specifying one on the specifying system, and automatically creates the procedures of closing or opening the device whose connection state is made to change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
