<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having an interface function with more reality in addition to an interface mechanism by simple visual means and auditory means. <P>SOLUTION: A display panel 100 is supported at a state that vibration is given by a vibration element 200. A position sensor sheet 300 is arranged on the rear surface of the display panel 100 and a contacting position of a pen 500, etc. to the display panel 100 is detected. A wiring substrate 400 is arranged and a control circuit 410 and a signal conversion circuit 420 are provided on the rear surface of the position sensor sheet 300. The control circuit 410 determines kinds of vibration according to the contacting position of the pen 500 and the contents of an image in display and transmits it to the signal conversion circuit 420. The signal conversion circuit 420 drives the vibration element 200, vibrates the display panel 100 and transmits vibration to an operator via the pen 500 based on an instruction of the control circuit 410. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
