<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply read content data including moving picture data as compared with the conventional procedure when reading the content data by scrolling reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: An information display apparatus comprises a scrolling operation control part 133 for scrolling and reproducing content data in which a plurality of element data are arranged along one coordinate axis in a reproducing area from the reproduction start point of the content data to the reproduction end point, a moving picture reproduction control part 171 for reproducing moving picture in the reproducing area when the element data are moving picture data, and an output element data decision part 153 for detecting whether the display area of the moving picture data are included in the reproducing area by scrolling reproduction or not. When it is detected that the display area of the moving picture data are included in the reproducing area on the basis of the detection result of the output element data decision part 153, the scrolling operation control part 133 stops scrolling reproduction and controls the moving picture reproduction control part 171 to reproduce the moving picture data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
