<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection coating which is resistant to peeling and flawing of the film, and has sufficient stiffness and is excellent in moisture resistance and weather resistance, and to provide an anti-reflection film which uses such an anti-reflection coating, and is inexpensive and excellent in physical strength, and in productivity, to provide a polarizing plate with anti-reflecting function, and to provide an image display device using such an polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-reflection coating has a multi-layer structure formed by laminating at least two or more light transmissive layers which have light transmissivity and have refractive indices different from each other, and is characterized in that at least one of these light transmissive layers is a cured coating which has a multi-branch polymer (HB) as a core and is formed by applying and curing a curing composition containing at least one kind of a curing multi-branch polymer (RHB) in which a photo-setting and/or a thermo-setting reaction group is combined with the branch ends, a setting agent, and a setting accelerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
