PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality by suppressing fluctuation of LCCOM voltage. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus is provided with; a display section 10a for driving a pixel based on an image signal which is supplied to a pixel electrode arranged in a matrix form via a signal line and a reference voltage supplied to a common electrode; a reference voltage lines LF1 and LF2 which supply the reference voltage to the common electrode; power lines LV1 and LV2 for giving a predetermined fixed potential; and capacitance forming regions 113 and 114 which form capacitors between the reference voltage lines and the power lines.
