PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form panel used as an internal/external facing material backing with internal/external facing material backing members of rectangular bar shape in common formed at a concrete skeleton part after concrete is hardened. SOLUTION: Vertical grooves 3 formed of recessed cross section parts are formed on the surface of a form made of a plastic plate 2, and the internal/external material backing members 4 of rectangular bar shape are inserted in the vertical grooves.
