PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter valve mounting structure for a resin tank fitted to a resin tank by welding to reduce the permeation of a fuel, dispensing with insert molding, and enabling a shutter valve for metal tank to be diverted. SOLUTION: This shutter valve mounting structure for the resin tank comprises a cylindrical mounting part 20 formed of a resin material weldable to the resin tank 40, forming a connection pipe part welded from the outside of the resin tank 40 and connected to an external pipe, and having a peripheral step part 25 formed on the external pipe side end part inner periphery thereof, an inner tube 30 formed of a reinforced resin material or a metal material having a fuel permeability resistance higher than that of the cylindrical mounting part 20, having, at one end, a flange part 32 engaged with the step part 25, inserted into the cylindrical mounting part 20, and fixed by caulking the cylindrical mounting part 20 in the engaged state of the flange part 32 with the step part 25, and a shutter valve 10 mounted at the end part of the inner tube 30 installed in a fuel tank.
