摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve for a gasoline engine which has an electromagnetic structure that has a relatively low mass and is highly responsive while avoiding corrosion of the magnetic material. SOLUTION: In the fuel injection valve which comprises a coil 9 through which a current is passed to open and close a needle 5, a core 10 which is arranged in the interior of the coil to axially pass the magnetic flux which is generated by the coil, a plunger 13 which is integrally mounted with the needle and has a surface which faces the core via an air gap 13a, the first yoke 11 which is arranged outside and upstream of the coil, and the second yoke 12 which is arranged downstream of the coil and faces the side surface of the plunger via a side gap 13b to construct a magnetic circuit in combination with the first yoke, the core and the plunger, the first yoke is formed with powder material and pressed from upstream by a sleeve 17 which is arranged upstream of the first yoke to be fixed.
