PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and the cost of an image processing device by enabling the separate feed of both originals and recording materials by a set of separate-feed mechanisms, and realizing common use of inexpensive rollers, separation means, paper passing guides, etc. SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises an original stacking means 85 to stack originals, a recording material stacking means 82 to stack the recording materials, a feed roller 81 to feed the original or the recording materials from the original stacking means 85 or the recording material stacking means 82, a separating means 84 to separate the originals or the recording materials in cooperation with the feed roller 81, a conveying path through which both the originals and the recording materials are passed, a reading means 28 to read the images of the originals, and a recording means 1 to record the images on the recording materials.
