PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the increase of production cost while surely protecting a commodity inside, with respect to a commodity encasing container which allows the commodity therein to be visible from outside. SOLUTION: An inside box portion 1 comprises a first bottom face section 10, a first side face section 11 to fourth side face section 14 that are formed by being bent at approximately right angles from the first bottom face section 10, a lid section 15 that is formed by being bent to be openable and closable from the upper end portion of a third side face section 13 toward inside, and a first regulatory section 16 and second regulatory section 17 which are formed by being bent from the upper end portions of a second side face section 12 and the fourth side face section 14 toward inside, thus the box is made into a box of rectangular form parallelepiped form capable of encasing the commodity X in its interior. The first bottom face section 10, first side face section 11 to fourth side face section 14, lid section 15, first regulatory section 16 and second regulatory section 17 are integrally formed of a piece of transparent sheet. The first regulatory section 16 and second regulatory section 17 are provided so that they can be kept resiliently in contact with both sides of the commodity X, the purpose of which is to regulate the shift of the commodity X.
