PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor system having a constitution capable of functioning a motor as a dynamic damper in a vertical direction and a longitudinal direction with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A motor side mounting plate 12 bonded to an in-wheel motor and a knuckle side mounting plate 13 bonded to a knuckle are connected by a vertical suspension 14 provided with a viscous-elasticity element 14A for vertical supporting and a vertical spring element 14B, a longitudinal suspension 15 provided with a viscous-elasticity element 15A for longitudinal supporting and a longitudinal spring element 15B and four crossing guides 11. A linear motion guide 16 having an operation direction in a vehicle longitudinal direction is interposed between the vertical suspension 14 and the knuckle side mounting plate 13 and a linear motion guide 17 having an operation direction in a vehicle vertical direction is interposed between the longitudinal suspension 15 and the knuckle side mounting plate 13.
