PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device for a vehicle capable of sufficiently exhibiting effect of an auxiliary braking device by adjusting control characteristic of a system for controlling the motion of the vehicle at emergency. SOLUTION: Operation of a presumption vehicle body speed VB(n) is performed based on whether or not the auxiliary braking device is in operation. Specifically, KDWH used when a slide-stop agent coating device is in operation is set as the deceleration maximum limit value KDW used when determining the presumption vehicle body speed VB(n). Thereby, even when the ground-contact state of a tire and a road surface is varied by the slide-stop agent coating device, the presumption vehicle body speed VB(n) can be accurately determined in response to the variation. Then, a slip ratio used as reference of a starting condition for ABS control or the like can be accurately determined and suitable vehicle motion control can be executed at emergency.
