PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air outlet port temperature difference when an air conditioning air in the same amount passes to the left and the right of a heater unit of a refrigerating cycle using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: In an operation mode wherein the air outlet port temperature difference in ventilating passages F1 and F2 is the same, opening degrees of air mix doors 71 and 72 are adjusted so that the amount of the air passing through a left core part 20b is larger than the amount of the air passing through a right core part 20a as a refrigerant inlet side, and a heat exchange amount of the left core part 20b is prevented to be lowered, and thereby the air outlet port temperature difference between the left and the right is reduced.
