PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium sheet with a customized carbon transfer paper part. SOLUTION: The medium sheet (102) with the customized carbon transfer paper part (104) and a manufacturing method for the medium sheet are disclosed. The medium sheet has one surface and the other surface, and the one surface is provided with the carbon transfer paper part (104). The carbon paper part can transfer put-down markings to a surface for receiving the markings.
