PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement being capable of smoothly twisting a tape and making it run. SOLUTION: In the coating film transfer implement 10, a letting-out core 20, a winding core 30 and a first bevel gear 40 are held rotatably in a case 60 and a transfer head 50 having a pressing transfer part 52 projects from the end part of the case 60. The transfer tape T is let out from the letting-out core 20, twisted and guided by a guide pin G1 and a tape guide part TG located on this side of the transfer head 50 and by the transfer head 50 and divided into a coating film transferred onto a transfer object surface and a remaining tape base T1 in the pressing transfer part 52, and the tape base T1 is guided without being twisted, and wound on the winding core 30. By tilting a guiding surface of the tape guide part TG to both the front and back sides of the case and by reducing a peripheral length difference between one and the other ends in the direction of the tape width, the tape can be smoothly twisted and made to run.
