PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting and feeding method, continuously supporting and simultaneously feeding a continuous sheet by a feed belt, and cutting the continuous sheet to a unit sheet by a cutting blade of a cutting roller in the midway of feeding. SOLUTION: According to the method of cutting the continuous sheet to the unit sheet and feeding the same, a cutting process of cutting the continuous sheet S to the unit sheet S1 in the course of feeding the sheet is performed in two processes: the primary cutting process A1 of making the discontinuous primary slit with a first cutting blade 1a of a first cutting roll 1 and the secondary cutting process A2 of cutting a residual stock removal along the primary cutting slit with a second cutting blade 2a of a second cutting roll 2, and making a discontinuous secondary slit for cutting the full width of the sheet. The continuous sheet finally cut in the secondary cutting process is continuously supported between feed belts 3a, 3b stretched in the sheet feeding direction not intersecting the second cutting blade and provided parallel and opposite to each other and simultaneously fed in the longitudinal feed range of the secondary cutting process.
