PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and low-cost cooling water flow rate controlling structure in a mold which can simply control the flow rate of cooling water flowing through a plurality of cooling holes provided at a core, and also has reproducibility as well. SOLUTION: The mold is equipped with a manifold block 13 provided at the back face 12b of a core 12 having a plurality of cooling holes 21, and having a plurality of flow passages individually communicating with the cooling holes 21. The back face 13i of the manifold block 13 is fitted with a plurality of valves 26 individually controlling the flow rate of cooling water flowing through the cooling holes 21 by being rotated, thus moved in a straight line.
