PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw dehydrator with which a material to be dehydrated having high water content is cut, dehydrated efficiently and decreased in quantity in a process where the material is conveyed with a dehydrating screw conveyer. SOLUTION: The dehydrating screw conveyer 6 in which a charging port 8 for the material to be dehydrated, a discharging port 9 for a dehydrated material and many dehydrating slits 10 are provided on a casing 7, a screw rotating shaft 11 is penetrated through the inside of a sleeve 7, a screw blade 12 is provided by gradually reducing its pitch in the conveying direction of the material to be dehydrated on this screw rotating shaft 11 and the the screw rotating shaft 11 is connected to a rotationally driving device 13 is installed. Cutter devices 17 in which cutter rotating shafts 18 are supported in parallel to this dehydrating screw conveyer 6, many cutters 19 which are enterable between adjacent screw blades 12, 12 through the dehydrating slits 10 are provided and cutter rotating shafts 18 are rotated at the same speed as the screw revolving shaft 11 are installed.
