<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab raising device capable of improving transport efficiency and widening the range of selecting the position of a cab. <P>SOLUTION: A cab raising parallel link 13 is pivoted on a parallel link supporting bracket 12 erected on an upper turning body 4 in a vertically rotatable manner and, at the same time, a cab raising cylinder 21 is interposed between the parallel link 13 and the supporting bracket 12. A cab overhanging parallel link 23 is pivoted on a connection bracket 22 fixed to the front end section of the cab raising parallel link 13 in a longitudinally rotatable manner and, at the same time, a cab overhanging cylinder 31 is interposed between the parallel link 23 and the connection bracket 22.
