<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying apparatus the motive power of which can be transmitted directly from a motor without using a pulley or a belt and in which minute air bubbles can be grown, water can be purified by retaining minute air bubbles for a long period of time by directing the minute air bubbles from a place deeper than a water surface toward the water surface and the water near the water surface can be extremely efficiently purified. <P>SOLUTION: This water purifying apparatus is provided with: an outer cylindrical body 4 the upper end opening of which is positioned above the water surface S; a hollow shaft 3 which is arranged in the outer cylindrical body 4 and is longer than the outer cylindrical body 4; and the motor 2 the rotary shaft 1 of which is directly connected to the shaft 3. A through-hole 1a is formed in the rotary shaft 1 of the motor 2 or an air taking-in part 3b is arranged on the inside surface of the upper end of the shaft 3. A water intake 4b is arranged in the upper part of the outer cylindrical body 4. The water near the water surface is taken into the outer cylindrical body 4 through the water intake and the taken-in water is discharged from the lower part of the outer cylindrical body 4 to circulate the water near the water surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
