PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide function which makes it possible to customize request of call transfer by a mobile subscriber in a telecommunication network. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal can customize call transfer request by embodiment of a system and a method. The method includes a step wherein call transfer customize request is transmitted from a terminal to a network which starts transfer of active call from a certain telephone number to the other telephone number, a step which collates attested access to the terminal, about call transfer function to a requested telephone number, a step wherein direction is performed to the terminal so that input of appropriate data of a specified parameter is performed to a request which customizes call transfer by the network, a step which starts call transfer from the certain telephone number to the other telephone number by the network as if it is prescribed by the terminal, and a step which continues transferring of active call until call transfer is canceled by the terminal or canceled by prescribed parameter.
