PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatsink for a light and thin electrical apparatus for reducing performance deterioration due to thinning, and for efficiently cooling a plurality of heating components. SOLUTION: This heatsink using carbon graphite is provided with a carbon graphite material 2 thermally connected to a portion 9 of a plurality of heating elements with excellent soaking property, at least one heat pipe 3 thermally connected to the carbon graphite material 2 and at least another carbon graphite material thermally connected to the other portion of the plurality of heating elements.
