PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a conventional display panel used for a signboard, a sign or a guide plate often uses a fluorescent lamp as a light source for nighttime use, and are reduced in weight by using an EL sheet for a light source, but flexibility of a structure body thereof is low, and the display panel is difficult to attach to and detach from a building, a structure, a vehicle or the like and is not easy to install on a projecting shape or a curved surface. SOLUTION: By using an EL sheet as a light source and by combining an FF sheet therewith, the objective structural body has a function of a sign board having flexibility and can be installed on a projecting shape or a curved surface. A laminating process is applied to the EL sheet used as the light source to carry out protection for waterproofing and electric leakage prevention; and by arranging FF sheets on the front surface and the back surface and by welding the circumferences thereof to doubly protect the EL sheets, installation in indoor and outdoor places is enabled. By applying printing to the front surface of the FF sheet, a versatile display function is provided; reduction of weight is realized; and attachment and detachment to/from a building, a structure, a vehicle or the like are facilitated by using a magnet sheet, a hook and loop fastener or a detachable hook.
