PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object provided with a transparent conductive layer containing conductive fine particles and having a low electric resistance value stable even in a high-humidity environment, and also to provide a transferring conductive film suitable for manufacturing the object provided with the transparent conductive layer. SOLUTION: This object 6 provided with the transparent conductive layer has: an adhesive layer 5 on a surface; the transparent conductive layer 4 containing the conductive fine particles on the adhesive layer 5; and a conductive polymer resin layer 3 on the transparent conductive layer 4. The transparent conductive layer 4 is a compression layer of the conductive fine particles. This transferring conductive film has: a conductive polymer resin layer 3 on a support 1; and a transparent conductive layer 4 comprising a compression layer of conductive fine particles on the conductive polymer resin layer 3; and at least the transparent conductive layer 4 is so formed as to be separable from the support 1.
