PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a device which is made compact the measuring accuracy of a radio wave absorber, with a means to unite an optical axis with a sufficient accuracy and with making the radio waves into a collimated beam. SOLUTION: The device consists of an arm turning around surrounding of the axis, and a collimated beam type dielectric lens antenna which is directed the optical axis to one point of the axis at the arm or its near part. The dielectric lens antenna consists of a horn antenna and the dielectric lens, it is made not to put a metal into between them.
