PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a specimen for an organism-related substance capable of detecting and quantitating accurately a sample material to be reacted specifically with a probe, even when using a plurality of specimens having different probe solidification rates relative to each specimen. SOLUTION: Information on the solidification rate of a probe for solidification rate inspection solidified together with a probe for the reaction is preserved in an information preservation part of the specimen.
