PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a component mounted on a glass plate of a glass top plate for a cooking stove, with respect to the cooking stoves different from each other in pitches between two burners adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: This glass top plate 1 for the cooking stove comprises the glass plate 3 provided with a plurality of burner opening parts 31, 32 faced to at least left and right gas burners B1, B2 adjacent to each other, and a back plate 7 provided with a plurality of opening parts 71, 72 corresponding to the gas burners B1, B2 and mounted on a rear face of the glass plate 3. A diameter of the opening parts 71, 72 of the back plate 7 is larger than the burner opening parts 31, 32 of the glass plate 3, and determined to include the burner opening parts 31, 32 of the glass plate 3A corresponding to a wide pitch W between two gas burners adjacent to each other, and the burner opening parts 31, 32 of the glass plate 3B corresponding to a narrow pitch W.
