PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of a lower space of a lip part 47 mounted along a rear side of an outer peripheral frame 4 by the oil in the exhaust from an exhausting frame 6, with respect to a top plate for a cooking stove covering an upper end opening part of a cooking stove main body 1 comprising gas burners, and comprising the exhaust frame 6 having an exhaust window for discharging the exhaust from a grill and an oven at a cooking stove main body 1 side, the rectangular outer peripheral frame 4 having a lip part 47 projecting from its inner periphery, and a glass plate 5 fitting into the outer peripheral frame 4 in a state of engaging an outer peripheral edge with a lower face of the lip part 47, and having the exhaust frame 6 between a rear side 4i of the outer peripheral frame 4 and the glass plate.
