PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an amount of storing of stored articles in a storing body and to simplify a fitting structure in a case where the storing body with a spout is installed in the storing body with the spout in which an elastic body is sealed. SOLUTION: In the storing body with the spout 10 which is formed of a plurality of sheet materials and in which the spout 10 is welded among a plurality of the sheet materials, the spout has a main body 12 equipped with a pair of welding faces 11 so that the sheet material can be welded. On the main body 12, an approximately flat exposed face 17, a storing part 15 opened on the welding faces 11 and storing the elastic body 50 while a specified pushing pressure is given, and a thin film-like sealing wall 18 formed on the exposed face 17 and sealing the storing part 15, are integrally formed.
