PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning lock device having a simple structure, comprising a small number of parts and provided with a function to regulate the turning position. SOLUTION: A turning lock device 12 according to this invention consists of a shaft which is smaller in diameter in its second prescribed range than in its first prescribed range and provided with a locking groove or connected with an external locking pin, a spring for pressing the shaft upward, one fixed component for slidably supporting the shaft in the axial direction within a prescribed range, and a cylindrical component fixed to the other fixed component, supported turnably by engagement with the shaft and having an internal protrusion engageable with the shaft or an external locking hole. The turning lock device according to this invention has a simple structure, a small number of parts and realizes a function to regulate the turning position by a turning lock device alone.
