PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rise of water level behind an artificial reef for suppressing wave and prevent generation of coast stream to utilize the seashore including the artificial reef in seashore leisure. SOLUTION: A case body 2 having a trap composed of a plurality of inclined plates 13 on an upper face and opening its upper face is installed on the sea bottom, a block is installed on a shore side to prevent the case body 2 from moving due to plunging-in of breaking wave, and sand 4 is supplied behind the artificial reef 1 to cultivate the shore, form a silent sea region, and make it suitable for seashore leisure. Since rise of water level on a rear face by the artificial reef 1 is suppressed because it is composed of the case body 2 and generation of coast stream hardly occurs, a stable beach line is obtained, and use value of the seashore is increased to make it optimum as a seashore structure of seashore leisure.
