PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fitting for a decorative panel for a roof, for easily performing nut fastening work, even if a general bolt is used. SOLUTION: This mounting fitting for the decorative panel for the roof has a structure formed by fastening, connecting and fixing both members 1 and 2 by a bolt 5 and a nut 3, by putting the installation member 2 installed in a roof material Y and the panel receiving member 1 for installing the decorative panel P for the roof in a substantially orthogonal state. A bolt hole 24 for penetrating a bolt shaft part 52, is formed in one of the panel receiving member 1 or the installation member 2.
