PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat storage device for a vehicle capable of storing a headrest by a very easy operation and releasing the lock of the inclination angle of a seat back to a seat cushion. SOLUTION: This seat storage device for the vehicle is constituted such that the headrest 13 is stored, a seat state at the time of sitting is switched to a seat state at the time of not sitting by inclining the seat back 12 to the seat cushion (lower arm 11), and the lock of the inclination angle of the seat back 12 to the seat cushion is released in linkage with the storage of the headrest 13.
