PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation property of an oxygen enriching device and to provide an apparatus permitting all the operation with one remote controller. SOLUTION: The oxygen enriching hot-water supply apparatus comprises a hot-water supply device 10, a hot-water supply controller 29A for controlling the hot-water supply device, the oxygen enriching device 22, an oxygen enriching controller 29B for controlling the oxygen enriching device, the remote controller 30 for inputting commands of operation of the hot-water supply device 10 and the oxygen enriching device 22 and for communicating with the hot-water controller 29A, a hot-water supply device casing 21 in which the hot-water supply device 10 and the hot-water supply controller 29A are stored, and an oxygen enriching device casing 26 in which the oxygen enriching device 22 and the oxygen enriching controller 29B are stored.
