<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-observing chip, beneficial in productivity and cost and produced by injection molding of a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The cell-observing chip comprises a first zone, a second zone and paths having micropaths communicating between the first zone and the second zone, wherein at least the paths are formed by injection-molding of a thermoplastic elastomer resin and the paths have fine projections and recesses.
